Diane Frances Sanchez

Owner/Founder

Diane Frances has over 30 years in nursing, ranging from hospital and critical care to private practice pediatrics, dermatology, and plastic surgery. Her patients benefit from her ongoing and intensive training in aesthetic dermal arts and sciences. She earned her certification in therapeutic massage in 1981, while completing her nursing degree in 1983 , Diane Frances’ massage background equipped her with the requisite soothing skills that all best-trained aesthetic nurses must cultivate. Her experience with medical patients, especially fragile children, fortified her profound empathy and her focus on meeting the needs of her patients. Diane’s goal is to help her clients gain the knowledge and skills they need to have to cultivate their own inner strength and reflect that in their lives.

Brooklyn Pierluissi, BSN-RN, MEP-C

Hey there! I’m a 32-year-old mama of two, a registered nurse with a passion for aesthetics, and I am MEP-C certified. My mission is to help people feel beautiful, confident, and empowered because I truly believe confidence impacts every aspect of life! Whether it’s through my work or everyday moments, I’m all about building people up and helping them feel their best. God is a big part of my life, and I strive to reflect His love and guidance in everything I do. When I’m not helping others shine, you’ll find me lifting weights, chasing my kids, or diving into my studies as I work toward my Master’s in Family Nurse Practice (FNP). I’m all about living a healthy lifestyle and embracing the journey – because life’s too short not to feel amazing every step of the way!

Marisa Griego

Business Manager

A native of New Mexico, Marisa graduated as a medical assistant and began working in social services where her passion for helping others flourished. She aided medically fragile and behaviorally challenged children. Marisa greatly enjoyed helping these unique individuals to define and fulfill their life goals and to integrate into the local community through a program she developed. In 2001, Marisa diversified her clientele by working with adults with a dual diagnosis, collaborating with the New Mexico Department of Health Developmental Disabilities Division for 11 years. At DiVersions, Marisa directs seamless spa operations by keeping the front and back office running smoothly. She also naturally channels her passion and kindness to help patients attain their personal aspirations towards both inner and outer beauty.

Debbie Stuart

Receptionist

Debbie brings a wealth of varied experience to the DiVersions team, combining her background in corporate law with her entrepreneurial spirit. After a successful career in Southern California’s legal sector, she returned to Albuquerque to open and manage her own vintage boutique for 20 years. With a natural talent for connecting with people, Debbie’s energetic and welcoming personality ensures every guest feels right at home. While assisting clients at the spa, she may also share her local expertise, from the best shopping spots in town to hidden vintage treasures. Recently, she’s ventured back into modeling, adding a creative flair to her already vibrant career.

Alex Sanchez

IT & MARKETING

Alex brings a variety of skills to the team. Early in his career, he worked in call centers as a customer retention specialist. He has practical experience in marketing and technology, core elements in every business. In addition, Alex’s strong background in construction and project management supports the aesthetic form and functionality of DiVersions’ systems and facilities. Off the clock, Alex spends his time welding and building to create cool things. He also enjoys cars and camping.

Solinda Burgess, FNP, MEP-C

MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Greetings, I’m Solinda. With nearly 15 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, serving as an ER tech, RN, and Family Practice-trained CNP, my passion for aesthetics began during my tenure as a massage therapist. During this time, I received cross-training in aesthetics, igniting a passion that has flourished over the years. My dedication extends beyond offering aesthetic treatments. I aim to enhance women’s beauty by focusing on hormone balance and weight loss. To stay at the forefront of aesthetic care, I have completed advanced facial contouring courses and am excited to announce the upcoming introduction of body contouring with Sculptra. Moreover, I provide a range of IV therapies, including Myers’ Cocktail, NAD (Vitamin B-3/Niacin), Glutathione, and dehydration treatments, all designed to promote overall wellness. In my free time, I cherish moments with my children and actively engage in cultural events such as powwows and art shows. I also enjoy reconnecting with nature through hiking and exploration. Join me on this holistic journey towards wellness and beauty, where we focus on both inner health and outer radiance.
