Prepaid purchases are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for another service of equal value or converted into in-house credit. Unopened retail in its original packaging may be exchanged for product of equal or lesser value, or converted into credit, within a reasonable timeframe. Prepaid services, series, packages, credits, and gift cards should be redeemed within six months of purchase unless otherwise noted.

Services redeemed through giveaways, contest prizes, promotional vouchers, or event certificates carry a $75/hour practitioner fee plus applicable tax, due at the time of service. This compensates the licensed provider for clinical time, assessment, and administration — every guest receives the same level of medical care, regardless of how the service was obtained.

Promotional services hold no cash value and may not be transferred without management approval. Additional areas, upgrades, or add-ons beyond the promotional value are billed separately. All treatments remain subject to medical eligibility and provider approval following consultation, and must be used within any stated expiration period. The practitioner fee itself is non-refundable.
